1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website or engaging the digital engineering, AI automation, or consulting services of Zyorion Technologies ("Zyorion," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services & Milestones
Zyorion provides custom web application development, mobile engineering, AI agent systems, technical SEO, and cloud infrastructure consulting. Every project engagement is defined by a written Statement of Work (SOW) outlining clear milestone deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
3. 100% Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon receipt of final milestone payments, the client retains 100% full, unencumbered ownership of all custom source code, design assets, database schemas, and intellectual property created specifically for the project. Zyorion retains rights to pre-existing reusable utilities and open-source libraries.
4. Client Obligations & Approvals
To maintain agile milestone timelines, clients agree to provide necessary assets, API credentials, and review feedback within mutually agreed sprint windows.
5. Warranties & Post-Launch Support
We stand behind our craft. Every custom build includes a 30-day post-launch warranty covering bug fixes and critical performance anomalies. Ongoing feature evolution and SLA maintenance retainers are available upon request.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
