1. Project Deposits

Initial project deposits are non-refundable as they cover discovery, planning, and resource allocation. This policy ensures we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to your project from day one.

2. Milestone Payments

Milestone payments made after work has been delivered and approved are non-refundable. If you're dissatisfied with a milestone, we will work with you to make revisions as outlined in your project agreement.

3. Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any amounts paid exceeding work completed will be refunded within 14 business days.

4. Cancellation by Zyorion

In the rare case that we must cancel a project, we will provide a full refund of any amounts paid for work not yet delivered.

5. Dispute Resolution
